Return & Exchange Policy – Zenvoora
At Zenvoora, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Products that are damaged due to misuse or not in original condition will not be eligible.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personal care, beauty, and hygiene products (for safety reasons).
Discounted or clearance sale items.
Customized or special-order items.
3. Return Process
Contact our support team via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will arrange pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
4. Exchange Process
Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size, color, or variant (if available).
If the requested item is out of stock, you may choose another product or request a refund.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or wallet).
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for returns may apply unless the return is due to a wrong or defective item sent by Zenvoora.
In case of defective/damaged products, we will bear all return shipping costs.
